Your order will be despatched as soon as possible once your order has been picked and the payment has been authorised.
- Our distribution centre operates from 08.30 – 16.30, Monday to Friday (except on weekends and public holidays). All items will be delivered within 7 – 10 working days.
- If the product line you have purchased becomes sold out at the time of your transaction, we will contact you to find out whether you will accept a substitute colour/style, otherwise your purchase/s will be credited back to you.
- Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
- We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for circumstances which might affect deliveries to your area such as extreme weather, COVID-19 or disruption to postal services or airlines, for example.
We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays or
